The staff at Prime Equipment is experienced in providing professional appraisal reports that are bound in booklet form and have detailed written itemizations complete with photos.

Our lead auctioneer, Jerry Floyd of Floyd’s Prime Equipment, Inc., has successfully completed the personal property appraiser certification program with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and is a member in good standing. All reports are prepared in accordance with the Standards and Practices of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America which has review authority.

Jerry has well over 35 years experience in the foodservice industry and knows values of all kinds of restaurant, supermarket, and manufacturing equipment. Having been a restaurant owner, a convenience store owner, an equipment salesman, as well as an inventory specialist for loan organizations; he not only understands the value of equipment but also the value of a going business.

Our appraisal fees are based on the size of the appraised business or property and the time that will be required to prepare the report.
