Prime Equipment will be holding an ONLINE only Foodservice Equipment Auction starting 10am May28th and ending May30th at 2pm. Our new format features a timed auction that will last for 2-1/2 days only. Don't miss this ONLINE AUCTION of new & used Fooderservice Equipment. This auction features several manufacturers' new, scratch & dent, obsolete, and overstocked inventory as well as prime used equipment from different consignors. If you are in the foodservice business, there are great buys to be had.

We will be promoting our new Blue Air Refrigeration including stainless and glass-door Reachins, Undercounter models and stainless Prep Tables as well as new CresCor Holding Cabinets, Banquest Cabinets, Proofer, and Ovens. Also, a new Moffatt Oven, new Champion dishmachines, new Baker's Mapletop Table, new Doughnut Glazer, and new sinks, tables, and equipment stands will be available. Prime used equipment such as Hobart Mixers and Hoshizaki Ice Machines will be offered. There are great deals to be had on new & used equipment!

For those of you that do not use a computer, you will be able to register at our Quitman location and we will input your bid for you when you come to view the equipment.

Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs; however, depending upon the lot, Prime Equipment may be able to assist with some crating. Each lot has details. If the lot has an optional pallet fee, then that means that Prime Equipment will place the item on a pallet, shrinkwrap, and band for pickup by a freight company for the fee listed with that lot. Auction Terms

All bidders must register online AND must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to bid.

All merchandise is sold "as is, where is" without any warranty from Floyds Prime Equipment Inc. expressed or implied in any form whatsoever. All sales are final. A 12% Buyers Premium will be added to all winning bids. 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all purchases. DEALERS must provide re-sale certificate. All purchases must be paid-in-full at the close of the auction and before removal from auction site. Only Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash accepted.

ALL buyers agree to be responsible for the removal of purchased items from the auction location by 5pm CST June 5th, 2009. Any item not removed from the auction site by 5pm CST June 5 will be considered abandoned and can be disposed of (including resell) at the auction company's discretion and all monies forfeited.

Prime Equipment & Auction Company is located in the heart of East Texas, about 100 miles from Dallas, Shreveport or Texarkana at the intersection of State Highways 154 & 37, behind the Dairy Queen on S 37 next to Jim Hogg City Park.On South Hwy37 as entering/leaving town, turn west on Richards Street beside the DQ drive-thru and immediately turn right on McAllister. Our warehouse is the only thing on the right surrounded by a fence. Entrance is by the park and across the street from the Carroll Green Civic Center.
