After 35 years in the Restaurant Supply business, the Chillo Restaurant Supply Co. and Chef's Warehouse in Houston, Texas is closing their doors for retirement. Everything must go in this 55,000 sq. ft. of space packed full of new and used foodservice equipment. We will sell it all, from wall to wall, even if it takes 3 days.
This may be the largest food equipment auction in the state of Texas in 2006! It will be a multiple-ring auction so bring a friend so you don't miss out on anything. Auction will start promptly at 9am on November 10th so don't be late!
Auction Terms
All bidders must register and receive a bid number. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to bid. A $200 cash deposit is required at time of registration.
The auctioneer, at all times, reserves the right to: A) Reject any bid or disqualify any bidder due to financial or other reasons. B) Cancel the sale anytime prior to having said “Sold”. C) Revoke the bidding privileges of any bidder. D) Bid as agent on behalf of any Absentee Bidder. Absentee bids will be accepted; however, the highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer’s absolute discretion. Once the auctioneer indicates “Sold” the responsibility of the equipment becomes that of the successful bidder.
All merchandise is sold “as is, where is” without warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. A 12% Buyers Premium will be added to all bids. A 2% discount will be given for cash payments. 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all purchases. DEALERS must provide re-sale certificate. All purchases must be paid-in-full day of auction before removal from auction site. Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Cashier’s Check only will be accepted.
Persons, while attending the auction, and/or during the removal of goods from the premises, assume all risk for personal and/or property damage. Therefore, neither the Auction Company nor its Principal shall be liable by reason of a defect in or of the condition of the premises at which the auction is held.
Announcements sale day supersede any and all previously published or oral information released prior to sale. This auction is governed by the State of Texas, jurisdiction of Wood County.
